Uncle with glorious mane behaving like a thug after receiving light warning from summons officer

Troubling body cam footage has surfaced on Facebook, showing a parking enforcement officer rudely told to bugger off by a belligerent man who was simply informed that he could not park his vehicle on a double yellow zig-zag line.

The altercation that transpired last Sunday afternoon was… an odd one. The footage began with the officer politely telling the driver that he was not allowed to stop his coach by the side of a road due to the double yellow zig-zag line (it means no stopping at all times — an offence that attracts demerit points). Instead of moving off elsewhere, the long-haired driver instead moved his vehicle forward slightly, then got out and threatened to beat up the officer if he didn’t leave the premises.

The coach driver continued acting like a total thug, yelling vulgarities and menacing threats in Malay — just because he was (righteously) reminded of parking rules and regulations. The video uploader claimed that the man even made racist comments, which could be heard when the uncle called the officer “keling”, a derogatory term for Indians.

Nonetheless, the man’s inclination towards violence betrayed his luscious blond locks as he repeatedly wagged his finger in the face of the officer. If this was his reaction from being given a word of warning, imagine what it could have been if he was actually given a parking summons.

Some netizens in the comments section claimed that what might have triggered the man was perhaps the officer writing down the license plate number of the coach bus, even when the driver moved off.

Other comments involved, obviously, the distressing state of the uncle’s hair.
