Three foreigners arrested for colluding to steal casino chips at Marina Bay Sands

Three Filipino men have been arrested for their suspected involvement in the theft of casino chips from gamblers at the Marina Bay Sands casino.

According to preliminary investigations, the men colluded to steal casino chips from patrons at the gaming tables since 13 January this year, said the Singapore Police Force on Thursday (18 January).

Cash worth more than S$23,000 and casino chips were seized.

The trio, who are aged between 32 and 54, will be charged in court on Friday (19 January) for abetment by conspiracy to commit theft.
