Trailer truck crashes into wall at Penjuru Close
A trailer truck crashed into a wall of a building in a Jurong industrial area on Thursday afternoon (February 8). The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was first alerted to a road traffic accident along Penjuru Close at about 4.15pm. Yahoo News Singapore understands the accident happened just outside Soon Hock Holding Logistics Building.
The driver was then assessed by paramedics and did not want to be conveyed to the hospital, it added.
In a video that was widely circulated on Facebook group SG Road Vigilante, a trailer truck with the letters MOL – Mitsui O.S.K. Lines – on it could be seen with its front badly damaged with pieces of concrete scattered in its vicinity. MOL is a Japanese operator of specialised bulk carriers, oil and liquefied natural gas tankers, and other types of vessels.……
