Salted Egg Yolk Kueh Lapis anyone? Now available in Singapore from OLLELLA
In Singapore, we have salted egg yolk crabs, cookies, potato chips and just about everything. There is no stopping the food craze for all things salted egg yolk and one of Singapore’s home-grown pastry brand, OLLELLA has jumped on the bandwagon to launch their version of Singapore’s first-ever Salted Egg Yolk Kueh Lapis.
OLLELLA’s Kueh Lapis follows a 60-year-old recipe and the Salted Egg Yolk version will be a delightful addition as an unique Chinese New Year snack to usher in the festivities.
Other Kueh Lapis flavours from OLLELLA are Prune Rum, Nutella and their signature Original Spiced which is formulated from the founders’ grandmother’s recipe. Each of the Kueh Lapis are made with a secret blend of spices and with premium Dutch butter. The Kueh Lapis are all priced the same at – S$24 for 350g; S$50 for 700g; and S$90 for 1400g.……
