I know some customers is very bad and rude, next time they will karma by themselves..
He should cool the customer down and solve the problems, not to act like that..
One Big Mistake Most Of These Service People Make Is To Try And Defend Their Company Or Themself By Giving Immediate Answer or Counter The Customers. They Should Always Listen First And Try To diffuse The Situation But Many Go On Attack.
As a manager he apparently has mishandled the situation not knowing that this has a bad effect on other customers. He should settle it in his office.
