Beijing, Hebei cut smog emissions 12% in 2018

SHANGHAI: China's capital of Beijing, and its surrounding industrial province of Hebei, cut smog emissions by at least 12 per cent in 2018 after a long crackdown on polluters and campaigns to reduce household coal use, environmental authorities said.
