KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah said yesterday that long-jumper Abdul Latif Romly’s outstanding achievement at the Tokyo Paralympics proved that Malaysia was capable of producing world standard athletes and individuals.
