A four-year-old child has been bitten and dragged along the ground by a dog outside a shopping centre.

Witnesses are urged to come forward after the Staffordshire Bull Terrier bit the child at the Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre in Wrexham, north Wales, on Wednesday afternoon.
