Driver’s arm possibly severed in serious Tuas accident!

A lorry on its side next to a road guard rail on Tuas South Avenue 4 was the aftermath of a terrible accident that likely cost the right arm of the driver involved.
The accident occurred around 12.55pm on Monday (5 Feb), along the road towards Tuas South Avenue 1.
Images of the accident site on Facebook page SG Road Vigilante show the vehicle on its side with the windscreen entirely broken. Some items were strewn on the ground.
The driver was taken unconscious to the National University Hospital, and the Singapore Civil Defence Force had alerted the hospital to be on standby to receive him.
It is believed his right arm was severed in the accident.
Investigations are still ongoing.
