22 Sep - Eddie Kwan has recently dismissed the notion that daughter Fabienne lost her chance to win the Miss Hong Kong pageant due to her having a tattoo.

As reported on HK01, the actor, whose daughter was placed in Top 5 of the recently concluded 2021 edition of the pageant, stated that tattoo is not as taboo as it was in the past and is considered a form of art.
