JOHOR BARU: All of the temporary relief centres (PPS) in Johor were closed on Saturday (March 29).

The Johor disaster management committee reported that the last PPS, located in SM Seri Gading, Batu Pahat, closed at 6pm on Saturday after all the evacuees were allowed to return home.

“Earlier, it was sheltering 140 evacuees from 44 families,” it said in a statement.

The report also stated that parts of Johor such as Kluang, Kulai, Kota Tinggi are expected to see thunderstorms, as forecast by the Meteorological Department.
