This rider is aware of the rules but he choose to break the law. What happened he killed some pedestrian. Who is responsible when the harm is already done ?

Please advise how then to stop the PMD rider. In the first instance, he was flouting the ban using the PMD on a footpath. Just let them do as they pleased? So come on to all PMD riders, do as you pleased, no one can do anything to you even if you defy the ban.

E scooter rider speeding puts the public and public servants at risk! Which is the greater risk? Car speeding to evade police... police give chase and make move to stop the culprit and his car...to prevent injury and death to public.... public servant put themselves at risk when doing this... so who is wrong??? I think the it’s the right call
