Heavy rain pounds eastern Pahang, Terengganu; authorities on standby
KUANTAN: Severe weather conditions currently affecting eastern portions of Pahang and Terengganu are likely to last until Sunday, Nov 24.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) issued a warning on Friday of downpours in and around Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin in Pahang; as well as Kemaman, Terengganu.
