SPAIN: Deceuninck-Quick-Step rider Fabio Jakobsen came through a sapping uphill sprint to win stage four of the Vuelta a Espana on Tuesday.

The Dutchman’s career was in the balance after a horrific crash in the Tour of Poland last season.
