Welcome to our Liverpool.com media watch piece. Maybe not the first, we've definitely done transfer round-ups before, and European round-ups, so I guess in some ways it's not that new at all. Anyway, we thought we would enter the world of football in a broad and roundabout manner for you and have some fun with some of the stories and captions doing the daily rounds.***Brazilians rejoin the squad Alisson, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino will all join up with the Liverpool squad today. Handed an extended break after their run to the final of the Copa América, they will now begin pre-season training. The team have moved on to Evian after three weeks in Austria, and the Brazilians will join up with their teammates in France today. Jürgen Klopp has brought his team to this location before, speaking highly of the facilities and atmosphere. The trio will now look to prove their fitness in time for the opening Premier League game against Norwich City in two weeks. James Milner has been operating as the number six in pre-season, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been sharing striking duties with Takumi Minamino, so the returns will come as something of a relief. With Andrew Robertson, Diogo Jota and Thiago all already back with the squad after the Euros, Klopp is now just waiting on Jordan Henderson.Read MoreRelated ArticlesRead MoreRelated ArticlesFour clubs in the running for Renato SanchesLiverpool apparently face competition for Renato Sanches from Arsenal, Barcelona and Bayern Munich. The midfielder only joined Lille from Bayern two years ago, but the perennial Bundesliga champions have been credited with an interest by LEquipe. The report also claims that Sanches, who starred at Euro 2020, dreams of Barcelona. However, a move to the Camp Nou looks unlikely given the state of Barcelonas finances. Lille are demanding a relatively modest £30 million, but the Catalans have been focusing on sales and free transfers this summer. The player would surely be reluctant to return to Bayern, and Arsenal have no European football on offer. As such, were Liverpool to push for Sanches as a Georginio Wijnaldum replacement, it has to be thought that they would be in with a good chance.Read MoreRelated ArticlesRead MoreRelated ArticlesLeeds bid for Adama TraoréLeeds United have tabled a £30 million bid for Adama Traoré. Thats according to Duncan Castles, speaking on The Transfer Window podcast. It had previously been reported that Liverpool were poised to strike for the winger, whom Klopp has called unplayable in the past. The £30 million price tag is a significant comedown on previous valuations for the Spaniard, and could represent a good deal for anyone who ends up getting it done. There are question marks over Traorés output, but the raw attributes are clear for all to see. If Liverpool are weighing up a bid, they will be encouraged by the news that Traoré is apparently reluctant to move to a club that does not have Champions League football on offer.Sunderland secure loan deal for 18-year-old striker Earlier in the year, it was reported by Yorkshire Live that Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton were all keeping tabs on a young Premier League striker. The player in question? Daniel Jebbison. The Sheffield United youngster has since of course been relegated, but he marked his full debut with a goal against Everton at Goodison Park towards the end of last season. However, despite this promising start, he will now seemingly be moving down a further division per the Northern Echo, the club is reportedly close to agreeing to send him on loan to League One outfit Sunderland. No doubt the big clubs who have shown interest in the past, Liverpool included, will watch Jebbisons progress closely. The striker only turned 18 last month. One man who might be relieved at the loan move is former Anfield starlet Rhian Brewster, who now faces one less piece of competition for places. Sold to Bramall Lane for £23.4 million last summer, he is still yet to score for his new club, and will be hoping for a fresh start in the Championship.Hat-trick for Barcelona ball-boy Oakley Cannonier, of corner taken quickly fame, recently signed his first professional deal with Liverpool. Hes already well on the way to making a name for himself as a player as well as a ball boy, netting a hat-trick for the u18s against Chester yesterday. The 17-year-old opened the scoring after latching on to a Melkamu Frauendorf pass. He then converted two penalties to complete his three-goal haul, and was only denied a fourth by the crossbar.Having played his part in Trent Alexander-Arnold's most iconic moment, Cannonier will now be looking to follow the full-back's journey into the first team.Read MoreRelated ArticlesRead MoreRelated Articles
