PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Athletics Federation (MAF) are urging athletes involved in a training boycott to return, with major competitions just around the corner.

MAF president Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim said the federation were committed to safeguarding the athletes’ welfare and hopes they would resume training soon, especially with the Asian Championships set to take place in Gumi, South Korea, in May.
