KUALA LUMPUR, July 14 ― Malaysian YouTubers are now able to record and upload YouTube Shorts as the beta version finally arrives. Joining the likes of TikTok and Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts is the video-sharing platform’s take on short-form videos recorded on smartphones.
