Man arrested for throwing household items, paint cans out of window!

Living alone in Upper Boon Keng, he threw household items and cans of paint from a fourth-storey Housing Development Board (HDB) flat.
For committing a rash act and under the Mental Health Act, a 57-year-old man was arrested on Sunday (18 Feb) by the police, who were alerted to the case at 15 Upper Boon Keng around 10.20am.
No injuries were reported.
At least two cars had been smeared with the white paint thrown from his flat.
Two life packs and a rescue net were deployed by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) who received a call for assistance around 10.55am.
Police officers broke into the man’s unit to arrest him.
Investigations are currently ongoing.
