Man fined for sending upskirt photographs to traffic police officer after being reminded to pay his fines
SINGAPORE — A 34-year-old man was fined S$3,000 on Wednesday (Sept 30) for sending a vulgar message and two upskirt photographs of other women to a female traffic police officer.
Muhamad Idris Kairudin told the court that he had no money to pay the fine as he had just started work two weeks ago.
