Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has sent messages to outgoing Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his successor Yoshihide Suga. Mr Lee said it was his privilege to have worked with Japan's longest-serving prime minister. He added that Singapore-Japan relations steadily strengthened during Mr Abe's premiership.
