Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has said he can be held responsible for his "war on drugs". He even added that he's willing to face charges and even jail time. Mr Duterte's war on drugs is being investigated by the International Criminal Court. Nearly 6,000 killings have been reported since he launched a crackdown in 2016, but rights watchdogs have suspected the death toll to be far higher.Subscribe to our channel here: https://cna.asia/youtubesub Subscribe to our news service on Telegram: https://cna.asia/telegramFollow us:CNA: https://cna.asiaCNA Lifestyle: http://www.cnalifestyle.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/channelnewsasiaInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/channelnewsasiaTwitter: https://www.twitter.com/channelnewsasia
