Philippines media report confirmed case of Filipino with Covid-19 in S’pore

Philippines media have reported that there has been a confirmed case of a Filipino with Covid-19 in Singapore.
The Philippine Star stated on Feb. 23 that a Filipino in Singapore had tested positive for the virus.
It cited a tweet from Brigido Dulay, the Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Concerns at the Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs.
Dulay said that the patient is currently in isolation at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).

Phew no case on Sun 23/2 There are ppl suggesting to closed schools just because some countries have done Pls don’t panic, the Govt will know what to do n when to take action Are u ppl aware when closing schools means Nurseries, kindergarten, Pr Sch, Sec Sch, Junior Colleges, Polys, Universities, International Schs, Educational centres will need to closed n more than 20,000 are affected 1) Canteen Operators 2) Part time Instructors (all CCA activities) 3) Part time Teachers 4) Part time Lecturers Now already Hawkers, restaurants, taxi n grab Drivers are affected, if closed, then their earnings will dropped even lower
