I rented a stall in Chinatown Complex from NEA selling sundries goods. After CNY n with the coronavirus infection, the whole complex is quiet. All stall holders make not a single sale everyday. Everyone is struggling to survive n worry as to how to pay rental. Now that government banned tourists from entering Singapore. The whole complex is more quiet like a haunted place. Thanks to our government announced giving 3 months rental waiver. Instead of receiving the waiver, I received a NOTICE TO QUIT from NEA demanding I quit the stall on or before 30/4/2020. for owing rental. If all because of Covid 19 n no tourists. I would appreciate the government to advise me on the matter. Hopefully this is not fake news.
