The tween years, which are typically defined as children ages nine to twelve, can be challenging. First, there’s puberty. The mood swings alone are enough to drive any of us batty. Second, this is a socially awkward time. Kids are trying to find out where (and with whom) they fit in. And then there’s the kicker.
