Bookshelves are built into one wall. Behind this space is the dining room, with floral-print wallpaper above white wood paneling, and a brass candle-style chandelier.

Doors open from one side of the dining room to a sunroom. At the back of this level is the kitchen, where the range has an electric cooktop and a laundry room around the corner has penny tile floors and a stacked washer and dryer. A full bathroom is nearby has a walk-in shower and a wall of whitewashed exposed brick.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the second floor, including the primary bedroom, with its own fireplace and a large closet. The bathroom, next door, has a combined tub and shower, and two guest rooms each can hold a queen-size bed. One of the guest bedrooms has hardwood floors painted green and the other has blue walls. The fourth guest room is on the attic level, with angled ceilings and street-facing windows.
