PUTRAJAYA: The government has identified the individuals responsible for the error involving the display of the Jalur Gemilang in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination results analysis report.

Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar said the individuals were categorised into two groups — those in the DG48 grade and below, and those in DG48 and above.
