British pop singer Ed Sheeran saw 12,000 fans show up at his sold-out concert at Bukit Jalil National Stadium on Saturday, 24 February

His concert, which was part of his + – = ÷ x Tour, kicked off with the opening act, fellow British singer Calum Scott, who performed hits like Dancing On My Own and You Are The Reason to an excited crowd.Despite the rain, some fans even started lining up to buy official merchandise as early as 1pm. However, apparently halfway through Ed Sheeran's set, many attendees were seen leaving the stadium.A video captured by TikTok user @lbxd_8 has gone viral, showing a crowd of people who, according to her, left right after he sang his famous hit, Perfect.

Some commented that it was because there was a lack of extended hours for some public transportation, forcing attendees to leave early

While some mentioned that the LRT operated until late, many attendees who needed to catch connecting trains reported that the hours for their connections were not extended.

Sometimes, if there is a big event or concert at the stadium, public transportation company Prasarana Malaysia Berhad will extend its LRT and MRT operating hours to allow passengers to get home.Otherwise, concert-goers would have to find other means of getting back late at night. Due to this, some attendees may have been forced to leave earlier to catch the last train in time.
