BANGKOK - A lightning transfer of the Bangkok Remand Prison chief in Thailand has pulled back the curtain on how wealthy “Grey Chinese” inmates allegedly turned parts of the facility into a private paradise, complete with luxury perks, contraband and protected zones – forcing the Corrections Department to launch a full-scale probe.
