He’s become a social media sensation thanks to his aesthetic Instagram reels of lush properties, and he knows just how to show them off to his 83,000 followers.

We asked the man dubbed ‘London’s coolest estate agent’, 35, the secret to buying and selling in today’s hot property market.

You’re the first estate agent star of social media. How?

I got the idea from the US, where the estate agents, called realtors, are self-employed.

Maybe it’s the American personality in comparison to the British stiff upper lip but they’re far more relaxed about selling the property and selling themselves, and social media is almost a prerequisite.

I noticed nobody in the UK was really doing it. It also began as a bit of a challenge because I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone. People think I’m super confident but I do have anxiety as well, so this was something to test myself.

I film 30-to 60-second reels of properties and set them to music, which gain as many as 700,000 views, and my longer YouTube videos get up to 100,000.
