LOS ANGELES, Oct 19 — Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers has died at the age of 48, the band announced on social media. Rivers, who provided both bass and backing vocals for the influential nu metal group, was remembered by bandmates Fred Durst, John Otto, Wes Borland, and DJ Lethal in a heartfelt Instagram tribute as “our brother, our bandmate, our heartbeat.”
