‘Too good to be true’: Bait-style listings being used by some property agents to lure buyers

SINGAPORE – A new four-bedroom freehold condominium unit in Bedok’s Bagnall Haus was advertised on the PropertyGuru website for $2.988 million, about $100,000 less than the actual price of the unit.
In another listing, a three-bedroom condo unit at the freehold Arcady in Boon Keng was priced at $2.33 million, even though the agent, when contacted, said the price was in fact above $2.4 million.

This d way ey play dirty to get business , once me my hubby wanted to downgrade as we see no point paying for condo , saw an unit at a place text d agent no reply for 3 days den second week saw d same sd n same agent n text again no reply finally reply me say sold n I scolded him back why u wast my time just one word sold . Never tell , so I file a complaint to his office and they support him and not me we wtf

Also after 1 month the agent contacted me say are u keen on the Hse as is available, I say u told me is sold otp n now u say is available, so now a days agent play dirty 80% of them
