a glass of pllain water is a must those selling westernised steak esp..1 pc of tissue for the fork and spoon 0r chopstick on top for hygiene purpose will do.. if you cant provide these, better dont do such business and leave the intense F &B market immediately..becoz is a matter of time 4 you to end yr business..
