(CNN)The Supreme Court's ruling Monday protecting gay and transgender workers from discrimination highlights the progress that's been made, and the work toward equality yet to be done. Those issues are also explored in a number of documentaries amid Pride month, including two upcoming ones of note: "Disclosure," on Netflix; and "Welcome to Chechnya" on HBO.
