A couple from Brisbane, Australia have spoken candidly about their unusual marriage - and it's sparked quite the conversation. Wife Evelyn Miller has an incredibly rare condition called Uterus Didelphys, which means she has two completely independent reproductive systems: two vaginas, two cervixes, two uteruses, and one ovary on each set.

Along with her husband Tom, she films for Only Fans. But she has clear rules about the content. Evelyn has said that the vagina on her right side is her 'favourite' and as such that is the one she keeps for Tom. She uses the left side for work and describes her condition as her 'unique selling point' on the adult website.

Evelyn was 20 when she received her diagnosis. Although it initially made her anxious, she decided to empower herself by playing on people's curiosity and decided to make money out of it.

Both Evelyn and Tim, who quit his job as an electrician to join his wife on OnlyFans, are very open about their line of work. But they revealed in a YouTube video they are frequently targeted by trolls online - often because they are also parents of two young children.

Evelyn had initially been told that she would be unlikely to have children, given that her reproductive system is split into two fully functioning organs. But in June 2021, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy called Oliver. He was born at 37 weeks via C-section and weighed just 5.5 pounds.

Within three months of her first child's birth, Evelyn once again fell pregnant, also in her right vagina. Again a C-section was scheduled on her right womb for 36 weeks. In June 2022, Evelyn gave birth to a beautiful girl named Amy, weighing only 4.4 pounds. Due to her small size, Amy spent three weeks in the special care unit.

The couple have been together since 2018. And their romance did initially cause a rift within the family, particularly on Tom's side who had some negative feelings about Evelyn's line of work. But the couple said that as time has gone on, and they have seen how it has strengthened their marriage, they have started to come round.

Speaking about the mixed reaction they receive regarding their unusual lifestyle, Evelyn stated: "Just because we're doing life differently, doesn't mean we are doing life wrong." She added: "The judgement makes me feel upset for those people to be honest, that they must be so unhappy to comment on my life, I am so happy with my family I just don't really let it get to me that much."
