Synthol-injecting muscle man Kirill Tereshin has launched an online fundraiser in the hope of making enough cash for surgery in the UK.
Twenty-two-year-old Kirill, dubbed 'Popeye', said he requires treatment to save his deteriorating biceps in order to avoid potentially having his arms amputated.
