KUALA TERENGGANU: Stay away from the beaches, at least until tomorrow, following the arrival of strong winds of up to 60km/h, creating waves as high as 4.5m, making even strolling along the beach dangerous.

The phenomena suggests that the monsoon period is not over yet.

The “snow moon” coinciding with the high tide in the next couple of days will make conditions unsafe for activities along the beach or for fishermen to go out to sea.
