Asia One·2024-04-20 15:01
"The Economist can't resist sneering," said Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam of the British publication's commentary piece on Singapore's leadership transition.
The 740-word article, published on Thursday (April 18), said that Lawrence Wong will only be the fourth prime minister in Singapore's history" and he "remains relatively unknown among Singaporeans".

So petty! Dun be too quick to blow your own horn lah! People are just doing a critique, yet you still have the cheek to take umbrage!? Surely, someone of your standing can discern whether there’s a need to respond, yet you have stooped to a new low with your patronising taunts. Your action can only be seen as a directed one and not of your own choosing.

Some criticisms can be valid. Why the need for Shanmugam acting like mad dog ? You and your donkey party are not rightful and faultless in everythings in political policies making! Get a life donkeys.

People are merely stating facts lah. It is a fact that HSK is the first choice. It is a fact that pap would bash any opposition party that the people voted. Even lhl say so that he would have to find ways and means to fix opposition parties than making policies. Anyway current pap policies are detrimental to the people. Singaporeans need to band together to vote e in opposition parties to deny pap having full mandate to make policies that only benefit themselves saving ourselves n children.

You wanna compare and brag - UK has a second-gen minority race citizen who became PM…when are we gonna have one minority race citizen whose forebears had settled here before the war?!
