Who knew that People's Park Centre is hiding such a secret? According to an insider, not only is People's Park Centre a mini red light district of its own, it is actually much... kinkier than even Geylang.

On the third storey of People's Park Centre is where the sleaze is alleged to be located at. The unassuming level is home to the perfect front for illegal prostitution - massage parlours. These sleazy massage parlours are where horny uncles go to get massages... and happy endings.

The parlour looks extremely suspicious. The lights are off. It has a 'for rent' sign up. However, women can be spotted inside the parlour. There are still products being put up on shelves for sale.

According to insiders, this is to avoid detection by the police. The police are allegedly aware of the illegal prostitution in this area. They have also installed CCTV cameras in the corridors after a tip-off.

In comparison with their legal counterparts, the women working at these parlours are said to be dressed a little more conservatively, to not arouse suspicion when they are "pulling" customers outside the parlours.

These women are also careful not to say the wrong things to the wrong people. When asked about their special services, the women are careful not to reveal too much, at least until they figured out if the potential customer is doing them good or harm.

However, that does not mean that they do not have tricks up their sleeves.

In a bid to beat the competition, which is rather stiff as there are about 10 such parlours in the building, some women have been offering a special service: breastfeeding.

With just an extra $5 tip per session, a customer would be able to "enjoy" such a unique service. For those in the know, this special service is a hotly-debated topic, which is understandable.

Reporters who visited the scene saw women of different nationalities in heavy makeup, standing outside the different parlours. When they see a man walk past, they would call out to the men to offer their services and invite them into the shop.

However, these women are also extremely careful. For those men who are asking too many questions, they would deflect and claim that they are knocking off.
