KUCHING: The Magistrate’s Court here has dismissed the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) application to remand three senior officers of a state government agency and a businessman in connection with a graft probe.

Magistrate Mohd Syukri Mokhtar found no grounds to grant the remand application for the men, who were detained last night, and released them.
