Malaysia's international reserves rise to US$103.5 bil as of Aug 30

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 6): Malaysia's gross international reserves rose to US$103.5 billion as of Aug 30, from US$103.1 billion on Aug 15, the central bank said on Friday.
The reserves were sufficient to finance 7.6 months of retained imports, and were 1.1 times the short-term external debt, said Bank Negara Malaysia.
