Cigarette smugglers shoot at Customs boat in Semporna waters
SEMPORNA (Dec 20): A boat belonging to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) was shot at in Semporna waters this afternoon.
When contacted, Semporna District Police Chief Supt Sabarudin Rahmat confirmed the incident which took place at 5.30 pm in the waters near Pulau Mataking.
