PETALING JAYA: Water disruption is expected to hit 57 areas in Gombak today.

Air Selangor in a statement said this is due to a burst pipe at the Hulu Kelang pump house, which occurred at 5.15am today.

“Air Selangor is actively engaged in the repair of the pipeline and is expecting restoration works to be completed by 6.30pm today,“ read the statement.

Air Selangor said it has activated the Emergency Action Plan (ERP) to intensify assistance to customers affected by the incident through the mobilisation of water trucks with priority given to consumers and critical premises and emergencies including hospitals.

The areas affected are :-

- Tasek Tambahan Tmn Permai Jaya Ampang

-Ampang Waterfront

- Kuala Ampang

- Taman Perwira Ampang

- Aparment Mesra Prima

- Tinjani Ukay Tmn Pinggiran Ukay

- Apartement Mesra Ria

- Taman Ampang Indah

- Taman Rasmi Jaya
