JOHOR BARU: Beginning this year, all applications to institutes of higher learning by Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holders will be made through an integrated application portal, MyUPU.

Deputy Education Minister Teo Nie Ching said this would provide more opportunities for students to further their studies and to maximise the placement of students in the programme of their choice.
