As the coronavirus outbreak continues to ravage Italy, one mayor has taken drastic measures to ensure that his locals are following the strict lockdown rules. Cateno De Luca, the mayor of Messina, is using a fleet of drones with recordings of his voice to identify people who are out on the streets and shout at them to go home. Mr De Luca posted an example to his Facebook, demonstrating how he was chasing off rulebreakers with expletive-filled rants.
