The International Meteor Organisation received more than 450 reports of a fireball blast in the skies above the German-Dutch border as a meteor ploughed into Earth's atmosphere. The stunning meteor was captured on camera, courtesy of dash-cam footage. The video, from the American Meteor Society, shows a bright streak of light falling across the sky, before a blast as it reaches the end of its tether.
