However, in the state of New York, non-mask wearers will no longer have the right to walk into any store, restaurant, or other business establishment of their choice. On Thursday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed an executive order giving businesses in the state the right to deny entry to anyone who isn’t wearing a protective face covering.
