The galaxy known as NGC 2608 is a stretched out spiral galaxy - much like the Milky Way - which "sweeps" across the universe, NASA said. NGC 2608 is a staggering 93 million light-years from Earth, with one light year being more than six trillion miles. The galaxy is also enormous, measuring 62,000 light-years across and found in the Cancer constellation.
