Court imposes RM10,000 fine and a bond of good behaviour for 3 years with RM2,000 bail on the accused under the Child Act.
SEPANG: Offenders against children should not escape with a light punishment even though they could have saved the court’s time and expenses by pleading guilty to the crimes, a judge said.
