Father breaks down in court, admits attempted murder of toddler
PETALING JAYA: A 27-year-old man broke into tears as he admitted at the Sessions Court here to a charge of attempted murder of his 20-month-old daughter by stabbing the baby in her stomach.
Muhammad Safwan Shafie pleaded guilty to the murder attempt which caused a 5cm laceration on the baby’s stomach.
