Many do not know that Singapore needed more on this high speed train system than Malaysia in 10 years time. Look at the news in Sept 2020. China road and belt system - rail system will come and end at K.L.. Singapore harbor service customer, +80% is from China. Now already is reduction because few ports have started in Malaysia. The China Belt and Road rail systems that ends in K.L. and will transfer to merchant ship. This arrangement will end the shipping route thru straits of Malacca, which is controlled by Singapore. Once Belt and Road System is successful in Malaysia, Singapore will lost revenue big time and price of goods will up. Plus because China have port and safety operation in Malaysia and maybe Indonesia, it's really possible that China will ask for joint control on Straits of Malacca. Later date will be full control. All in the name of large investment and their assert. This High Speed Train is one of Singapore lifeline in 10 years time. Singapore tried once to say China ports in Malaysia is a military operation, it failed. So this is the second plan to have a separate rail system from K.L. to Singapore. This failed also. That is why Malaysia is asking Singapore to invest into their high speed rail. Let's see what the 4G will come up with.

Old saying, 十年河东，十年河西. Fengshui do rotate around. I believe the 4G will proposed something else with Malaysia. Maybe computer managed flying machine for human and goods transportation? Take note that China had already build their Asia good storage and transfer facilities near K.L.
